Payouts

Payouts are requested from your account page and paid to your FaucetPay account — the email you signed in with. There is no wallet address to type, and nothing to change: the destination is your account.

Asking for a payout

1. Open your account page and go to Withdraw.
2. Enter how much you want, and pick the crypto. The form shows the rate it is quoting and what that comes to in that coin before you confirm.
3. Confirm. The amount is held out of your spendable balance while the request is being paid.

The rules

• The minimum is 100.00 coins.
• 5 payouts per day, and a daily value limit, so a compromised account cannot empty itself in one go.
• Larger requests are reviewed by a person before they are paid.

How long it takes

Most requests are paid within hours. If a payment fails — a provider outage, a wrong account — the amount is returned to your balance in full and you can ask again.

The one thing to check

That the FaucetPay email you signed in with is the address you actually use. If it is not, sign in with the right one: your balance is attached to the email.
